We don't want just anybody.... You need to STAND OUT!

We do not have an open door policy.  Anybody can go out and pay $400 in fees and pass their insurance exam and find a insurance carrier to get appointed.  However only a few can enter into our FAST TRACK program and only 1 person in an area. You will never compete with another FAST TRACK AGENT for any business.

 

Who we are looking for

  • You must have a good phone voice- If you are hard to understand on the phone our FAST TRACK system will not work.  You may still be successful in the insurance industry, unfortunately it just will not be with us.

  • You must have time to put into this- We do not encourage you to run out and quit your job initially.  However you do have to have at least 15 to 20 hours weekly to put into your business.  Whether it's nights or weekends you have to "Water the Plant" in order for it to grow.  Most agents stay with their current position until their first couple of commission checks come in.

  • You must have a good work ethic- We will want to know past work experience, why you left a certain job, or what you enjoyed or disliked about that job.  If you have had 15 jobs in 2 years then our system is not for you.

What can I expect when I sign up for the Fast Track Agent Program?

If you are not licensed

The first thing we do is sign you up to get certified to take you state exam for insurance.  Most states allow you to do this online and we will send over a username and password for you to login and get certified.  Some states you may have to attend a class.

After certification you will study the practice exams until you are routinely obtaining 90%.  After this we will schedule your exam and you will become licensed.

Already Licensed, or after passing your Exam

 

We will start training immediately after signing up with license or passing your exam.  Training is all one on one initially along with weekly classroom style webinars that you can attend at anytime.

  • After 1st training you will receive appointment work and an email for the information we will need to set up your website

How Do I Get Started?

  • First you will talk to our National Recruiter and she will go over some details with you.  If she feels you are a good fit then you will talk to our President and lead trainer Wesley Brinson for final approval into the Fast Track Agent Program.

  • After acceptance you will need to pay you appointment and enrollement fees.  For a licensed agent (either life/health or property/casualty) the fee is $1,000.  For a non-licensed person the fee would be $1,500.

   Fees go to pay for all any licenses you will need to obtain, training, website and support.  These fees serve several purposes for us.  First we can only handle 2 new agents per week so it serves as a deterrent and we know if people are not willing to invest in starting their own business then most likely they will not be successful.  Also it protects us because we will spend 25-30 hours with you in training and if you decide 3 weeks from now to take a corporate job then we are compensated for our training.
